Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dextra fitness application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Description of Service

Dextra is a personalized fitness coaching platform that connects users with professional fitness coaches. Through the Service, your assigned coach creates and manages customized training programs and nutrition plans based on your goals, health profile, and progress. The Service includes features such as workout tracking, progress monitoring, periodic check-ins with your coach, body measurement tracking, and progress photo uploads.

Account

To use certain features of Dextra, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Dextra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Health Information & Medical Disclaimer

Dextra is not a medical service. The workout plans, nutrition suggestions, and fitness recommendations provided through the app — whether created by your coach or generated by the platform — are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

During onboarding and periodic check-ins, you may be asked to provide health information including pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, medications, and physician clearance status. This information is used solely to help your coach tailor safe and effective programs for you. By providing this information, you acknowledge that:

• You should always consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
• Your coach is a fitness professional, not a medical doctor, and their guidance does not constitute medical advice.
• You are responsible for informing your coach of any health changes that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
• You participate in all training programs at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury that may result.

Coaching Relationship

When you are assigned a coach through Dextra, your coach will have access to your profile data, health information, body measurements, progress photos, workout logs, nutrition data, and check-in responses. This access is necessary to provide personalized coaching services. You understand and agree that:

• Your coach may view and use your data to create and adjust your training and nutrition programs.
• Communications and data shared with your coach are confidential and will not be shared with other users.
• You may request to change your assigned coach at any time by contacting support.

الاشتراكات والفوترة

تقدّم Dextra خطط اشتراك مجانية ومدفوعة. باشتراكك في خطة مدفوعة، فإنك توافق على ما يلي:

• الدفع والتجديد: تُدفع الخطط المدفوعة مقدّمًا عن فترة محددة (مثلًا شهر واحد أو ثلاثة أشهر)، ولا تتجدد تلقائيًا. خلال الأيام الأربعة عشر الأخيرة من الفترة يمكنك التجديد من حسابك؛ وتبدأ الفترة الجديدة في اليوم التالي لانتهاء الفترة الحالية، فلا تضيع عليك أي أيام. إذا لم تجدّد، ينتهي وصولك إلى التدريب في نهاية الفترة؛ ويُحتفظ بالبرنامج الذي أعدّه مدرّبك لمدة 60 يومًا، ويُستأنف من حيث توقفت إذا جدّدت خلال تلك المدة.
• التجربة المجانية: لا تتضمن الخطط المدفوعة فترة تجريبية مجانية. والخطة المجانية متاحة دون مقابل.
• تغيير الأسعار: يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار بإشعار كتابي مدته 30 يومًا على الأقل. تسري التغييرات اعتبارًا من دفعتك التالية، ولا تؤثر على فترة سبق أن دفعت ثمنها.
• المبالغ المستردة: رسوم الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا حيثما يقتضي القانون المعمول به ذلك.

Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Dextra, including workout logs, notes, progress photos, and profile information. By posting content, you grant Dextra a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service and providing coaching services.

Our Content: All workout programs, educational materials, branding, design, and software provided through Dextra are owned by Dextra Fitness Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Dextra may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
• Your personal data, including health information and progress photos, will be deleted within 30 days.
• You may request an export of your data prior to account deletion.
• Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dextra Fitness Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dextra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
